MSDTC problem

On SQL Server, as part of O'Reileys WebBoard, I'm now
getting MSDTC error, and it won't start, and therefore the
whole system is down.
The specific error returned is 3221229584.
Any ideas what to do here folks?
Glenn Meadows.Problem fixed.
Seems it was either a missing, or full logfile. Found the
fix in the JSI NT Tips/Tricks documentation. Still
strange that I did not get a hit on the MS Knowledge base
on this one. Spent 15-20 minutes trying different
permutations of the error message, got no direct answers.
All is working now.

HRESULT something like 0x00000000, even if this was the decimal
representation it does not mean anything. Look in the NT Event Log and the
SQL Server ERRORLOG file.
