MSMQ did not make MQIS database in SQL 2000

I believe this is why I am having a error at boot from the Service =
Control Manager:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager

Description:
The Microsoft Search service hung on starting.=20
It hangs but has started when I get to the desktop. This started =
immediately after I installed the Windows 2000
Component MSMQ. I did not do it with Routing and I lessened =
permissions. This on the domain controller.=20

I should have an ODBC System DSN called MQIS pointing to a database in =
SQL that was made by the
installation of MSMQ called MQIS. Well I have the DSN but I don't have =
the database. It was not made. SQL 2000 SP3. How do I fix this? Is =
there some kind of sp which I can run in Query Manager that will in fact =
make this database the MSMQ is expecting?

MSDTC Service

Hi,
I could not find MSDTC service from Control Panel --> Services for SQL
Server 2000 on Win 2000 and Win 2003. There are only MSSQLSERVER and
SQLSERVERAGENT 2 services. I need to change the startup account password. I
have changed password for SQL Server and SQL Server Agent account via SEM.
But there is not place to change password for MSDTC startup from SEM. MSDTC
is in Control Pannel -->Services for SQL 7.0. How can I find it for SQL 2000
on Win 2000 and Win 2003?

The name of the service is 'Distributed Transaction Coordinator". There is
only one instance per computer and does not appear in EM. Like all
services, it can be managed using the Services MMC.
The service runs under NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService by default. This is a
minimally privileged account so one usually doesn't need to change it.
